2.4. Reside in Nigeria.
2.5. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2.6. Provide a valid delivery address within Nigeria.
2.7. Be the lawful owner of a Naira debit card, Mastercard, or any other valid payment method, and have the right to use it.
2.8. Ensure that your account is free from restrictions. If your account is flagged before completing payment, Paysmallsmall reserves the right to retrieve the items.
2.9. Confirm that your account can process debit transactions.
2.10. Provide an attestation from your bank verifying that your account is eligible for debit transactions.
2.11. Submit a verified and valid means of identification, such as a Driver’s License, Permanent Voter’s Card, or National Identity Card.


 

3.PAYMENT GUIDELINES

3.1. Paysmallsmall offers various payment solutions, including the “Buy Now, Pay Later” model.
3.2. Approval of payment plans is based on meeting specific eligibility requirements.
3.3. Non-compliance with payment schedules may result in the retrieval of the purchased product. Failure to meet payment obligations will result in the retrieval of the purchased product. If the outstanding balance remains unpaid after a grace period of three months, the product may be permanently forfeited, and ownership will revert to the company. Additionally, we may take further steps to assess and project your creditworthiness, which could potentially disqualify your credibility with other organizations. These actions may include implementing legal measures to address the default. Buyers are strongly encouraged to ensure timely payments to avoid these consequences. For assistance or to discuss alternative payment arrangements, please contact our support team.

    •    Customers will be contacted via email or phone and required to return the goods.
    •    Failure to comply will be considered fraudulent behavior, and legal action will be taken, including filing charges of fraud and unlawful conversion.
    •    Paysmallsmall reserves the right to retrieve the items at its discretion.
3.4. To begin an installment payment plan, you must make an initial deposit of at least 50% of the product’s cost.
3.5. Payments can also be made securely using Remita, which supports multiple payment methods such as card payments, bank transfers, and other channels.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

4.1. Product availability is subject to change without prior notification.
4.2. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.3. Paysmallsmall reserves the right to amend errors in pricing or product descriptions without prior notice.
4.4. Ownership of items purchased via installment remains with Paysmallsmall until full payment has been made.

5.1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. Paysmallsmall is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unavoidable circumstances.
5.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. 6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

6.2. Refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been thoroughly inspected and meet all return conditions.
6.3. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
